All 6 Gorilla Runners completed the 26.2 mile London Marathon and are on track to raising over £7,500 for the gorillas.
In amongst the 35,000 London Marathon runners, Jessica, Layla, Mariah, Sarah, Vikki and Emma, sporting rather fetching bright green Gorilla Organization running vests, represented a species facing it’s own challenges.
Supporting our Gorilla runners on the day were a posse of enthusiastic gorilla suited volunteers. Many thanks to Dizzy, Nanet, Ruby, Andy and James for providing bananas, bottles of water and gorilla hugs for all that needed them.
