Saving the few remaining gorillas? Here are some tips to help you put the fun into fundraising and help support the Gorilla Organization’s conservation projects. Make your presence felt online, setup an online giving link, make a video of what you’re doing to help the gorillas and put it on youtube, tweet on twitter or facebook everyone you know.

 

Talk to your company about matched giving, there are heaps of benefits to companies giving to charities, and many are keen to get involved.

 

There are some rules and regulations that apply to collecting money in public so please check with us first if you plan on holding a public event. In the mean time, here are a few more ideas to get you started.

 

Fur-clad Sporting Events:

Go to aerobics in your gorilla suit; Hold a gorilla football match; Play gorilla golf; Go gorilla dry slope skiing; Indoor ape bowls / 10-pin bowling; Gorillas on ice / roller skates; Gorilla tennis; Mountain gorilla bike ride; Gorilla tug-of-war
