Long-term Regional Fundraisers and supporters of the Gorilla Organization, Phred and Rob Newbury have organised two fantastic events to help the gorillas, an illustrated talk by Ian Redmond OBE and a Family Gorilla weekend.
An Illustrated talk by Ian Redmond: 6 November 2009
Ian Redmond OBE, Ambassador for the UN Year of the Gorilla, a tropical field biologist and conservationist, renowned for his work with great apes and his work with the late Dr Dian Fossey, will be giving his take on the future of these amazing creatures.
Doors open at 7pm, with an opportunity to view the galleries of Nature-in-Art until 7:30pm when a finger buffet is served. The talk will follow this, ending by 9:30pm.
Admittance is by ticket only as numbers are limited.

Family Gorilla Weekend: 7 – 8 November 2009
Mark the end of the UN Year of the Gorilla by helping to make a grand gorilla collage to be displayed in the prestigious Nature-in-Art gallery.
Collage materials will be supplied, you just need to supply the creativity. If you prefer, you can make a poster to take home with you.
There will be DVDs playing and plenty of pictures for inspiration.
Come along to Nature-in-Art for a fun and informative day for the family.
