Many thanks to all of our Gorilla Marathon runners – you did it! Congratulations. The conditions were not the best (unless you have a special thing for April showers, a cold breeze, and the combination of wet trainers and runny noses), but our Gorilla Marathon runners took to the streets of London with enthusiasm, determination and a whole lot of love for the gorillas.

So congratulations to Nicola Gardner, Viv Jeffery, Paul Cuddeford and Mariah Mandelman who raised over £6,000 for the gorillas – tremendous! We hope you have all enjoyed a well deserved rest.

And if any of you were watching the London Marathon from the comfort of your dry sofa, you may have seen gorilla man Sam doing an interview for the BBC – nice one Sam!
